They chardged my charge card and didn't have the product available. They were willing to give me 10 dollars off another chair I was interested. I devlined and asked for my money back. This did not happen. My order is currently being held at a shipping facility while I try to find a way to get it to my office from curbside. We are a small all lady office and the shipping company typically makes "terminal" deliveries. I called Bush and spoke with Holly about my predicament; after a brief conversation, her bottom line was, "Too bad! You agreed to the fine print!" My advice to you is ignore the verbal "pitch" and forget the "Satisfaction Guaranteed" jargon.	Overall Rating
