Yes I have to say after days of sweat and nearly some tears I am looking to throw in the towel. The advertising is misleading. Does not work well with Outlook, am too scared to even try and get my Palm Treo working with it. The support was rude and blaming, after wasting my time getting me to reinstall MS office and ACT. When I complained and got a supervisor to call back they then blamed MSoft for a problem that was ONLY happening when I used word in Act. After unistall Act at their suggestion and then reinstalling had to update it and am on my third attempt to update it, the update hangs. Also had the problem before of it asking for a password when I had never set one. Again the 'customer service' person told me I must have set a password and forgotten it. Trying to customise some simple fields in sales even to find out after much hassle this is only available in Premium, they want another $300 odd for what should be standard in the program. What is the upgrade for? So now you can see contacts as companies,which you could do in groups if you really needed this, it does not add much effectiveness. What I would like to hear of a simply CRM data base, not too many bells and whistles that just does the job!
