It cost twice the amount of the single pack. I called to let the know of the error and the "Supervisor" informed me that I paid twice as much for just 2 rolls of tape. Either she is such an idiot that she can't figure out double for a 2/pk means you get 2. Their only remedy, keep it and eat it or send it back on my dime and pay shipping charges to and fro and a $10 re-stock fee for their screw up. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!	Overall Rating

It was sold at the lowest price of all the vendors, taking into account that there was no shipping charge. I ordered this item on Saturday and it was delivered by UPS on Tuesday. After studying a specific chair on their website, the manufacturers website and a phone call to ask questions which were very professionally answered we place the order. The price was extremely competitive and far lower than we could have bought a comparable chair locally. It was shipped immediately from their regional warehouse and arrived at our front door only 2 days after placing the order. This is an excellent online merchant Superb service. Highly recommended.
