I've ordered from Business Supply several times previously, and had very good experiences each time, with quicker than expected deliveries. Their phone advice is also very helpful. Had I more time today, I would have called with some minor questions. Due to time pressures & good past experiences, I just went ahead & placed order. I'd definitely highly recommend Business Supply for help, enormous variety of choices, overall good to excellent service. |

The search tool on the website leaves something to be desired, and it is always an adventure when I search for anything on the site, even for the items I frequently buy from Business Supply. One thing that could be improved is the description on the search result icons. I often buy Pentel Twist Erase mechanical pencils in 0.9mm. Every time I search for them, the 0.5mm, 0.7mm, and 0.9mm results show up, which is fine, but there is no indication in the icon description. I always end up having to click into a few results that have the same picture, so that I can read the detailed description where the lead size is stated. Either way, I still appreciate and will continue to buy from Business Supply. |

After finding an obscure item at Business-Supply.com, I looked around their site and found they had good deals on many of the items our business uses from time to time. With a few changes, they could put the big boys out of business. |

Bought a Smith Corona ribbin for my mother-in-law last time and was very satisfied. I am back again for 2 more. The woman is 92 and she still uses her machine for envelopes. Nice to know you still carry this item. |

Everytime I order from them I receive my items promptly, if they are out of stock they call immediately. Only once did I need to use their Customer Service and it was excellent which Is why I keep reordering from them. |
