I found the site easy to navigate, the ordering process was simple, you had the best price on the television I was looking for and I received free shipping. My order arrived intact, in a timely fashion. I was also able to purchase a 5 year warranty on the television which was something I really wanted. All in all a very good experience and I would definitely shop with you again. My only concern is that I was not provided a receipt for my purchase and I had to call customer service. One was immediately emailed to me. I also received no documentation on the warranty protection, and had to call cust service for that as well. I was told they need to retrieve a membership number within 48 hrs and then I have to call the warranty company to register my product. That was the only hitch in the entire experience, so overall, it's been very positive. Thanks! |

Very satisfied with our experience with buysquad. We decided last minute to order a 46" television for our elderly parents for Christmas. Ordered on Monday, and they recieved it by Friday the next week. Buy squad was better priced than most of the 'chain' stores. Kevin, the representative that assisted us with the purchase was very patient and answered all our questions. We even received a follow-up call from the company after the television arrived at our parent's home. My husband had previously ordered a bluray player from them for the media department at church and did not have any problems. Our experience has been great. |

(Edited January 29th by joerich) The original issue I had with being charged shipping charges has been resolved. I was recently contacted by a store reprentative and told that the added shipping charges were something added by the freight company. I was told that they would credit the shipping charges back to me. It looks like they made good on their initial promise of "no shipping charges". I am pleased with their response. |

(Edited February 02nd by mkbrendler) Updated review. Initially I gave this site only 1 star. Since then, buysquad has been responsive and worked to change my experience. After posting my initial review (TV ordered, but not processed for over a week until I called, at which time it was processed but then listed as backordered - without anyone notifying me), my tv shifted from backordered to shipped. The shipping was fairly fast (4 days), but there was a delivery fee which was not disclosed at the time of purchase. Additionally, the delivery times were very inflexible and the delivery window was large (4 hours). The TV itself is great, the price was great, and a buysquad rep called to follow up on about my complaints and offered 2 pair 3D glasses to make up for it (which he noted cost $50-100, though he sent a pair that sells for $20). Either way, in the end the TV price and the buysquad responsivity outweighed all the hassle and fact that it took 3 weeks from purchase to receive the TV. |

And did they bother to send a note indicating the item had been backordered? No. So, no time to seek out an alternative. Buyer beware. UPDATE: the item finally arrived on 12/28 - 3 days after Christmas. Despite good intentions on the part of Buy Squad, I received a substitute model I could not use. A couple of days later, I received a call from Buy Squad in response to this posting. They offered to make good on the situation. but this didn't come without a high pressure sales job to get me to change my rating. I am increasing the number of stars from 2 to 3 because they have changed out the model at no charge, but my overall experience was not a pleasant one. The hassle factor was high, and the push to get me to change my rating seemed in poor taste. I intend to shop elsewhere in the future. |

I received numerous phone calls as to what the problem was so they can prevent it happening in the future. This is not something many companies do & am happy to say Buy Squad does their personal best to make sure their customers are 100% pleased with their product & services. |

Although I did not appreciate the fact that Buysquad charged my credit card and did not ship out the TV within the next 72 hrs, they calledl me back and ensuring that I got my refund back. They also tried to make it up by giving me a free hdmi cable. I may consider to buy from them again in the future. |

I was disappointed at first with the customer service because I was not getting any responses to my calls and emails a few days after I made the purchase. I figured that they probably were still not back from holiday, when finally they contacted me, they took care of me and my order very well. I got my order delivered quick, the item is perfect and I am very happy with the purchase and the customer service. |

Customer service was outstanding in resolving the issue I had with my order, though it would have been better my order was shipped as described. Not BUYSQUAD fault, since it came from Samsung, but made me wonder if the product was indeed OEM. |
