I didn't appreciate finding out I had to pay for shipping insurance AFTER I placed my order when it should be provided up front, but otherwise, it was a good experience. |

I do wish the vendor had included the insurance in the shipping or made it clear before the order was placed, makes for a cleaner, open, fully disclosed ordering process. 05/15/12 My 70" Sharp TV arrived today. Great online merchant with competetive pricing & good customer service (Steve ext 201). Would definietly buy from again. |

(Edited May 09th by sphadke2012) (Update as of 5/9): Received my TV today through expedited shipping from the BuySquad and I am satisfied with the response I got from Mark.He was nice to follow up with a call to confirm the delivery.Would have rated 5 if there was no initial hiccup.(Update as of 5/2):I had ordered for a brand new LED TV (Samsung UN46D7000 LFXZA) from BuySquad on 4/18 and received it yesterday 5/2.There was some confusion in the warehouse with my order as they had sent me a different product.I wrote an email to Buysquad regarding the matter.Next day morning, I got a call from Mark (EX 203) who was very helpful and understood the situation.He promised me to correct their mistake and told me that they would expedite the shipping of my original ordered product.He told me that he would send me the tracking number shortly.I must say that pricegrabber did catch the attention of Buysuad which made them reach me.Will hold off the rating till I get my TV |

Because of the difficulty getting the order canceled, I left a less than favorable review on procegrabber. Thanks to the pricegrabber review system, I have been contacted by Buysquad and the issue has been resolved to my complete satisfaction. Mark is lovely to deal with on the phone and very accommodating. He acknowledged the unfortunate situation and seemed extremely motivated to make things right. If you need to call Buysquad to get info on an order and want to avoid long wait times on hold, use extension 203 for Mark or 201 for Steve. Thank you Buysquad for resolving this issue for me. I would try your site again in good faith. |

Everything they did was exactly as they said it would be. I received a call two days after placing the order on the internet with them. They went over the order with me to make sure that it was correct. I was asked if I wanted an extended warrenty and when I said no, the representative (Steve) said that was fine. There was no pressure to purchase anything else. Steve said that there wouild be a $60 charge for the trucking insurance, and since the shipping was free I thought this was very reasonable. Steve explaned everything and told me on delivery to open the box inspect the 60" TV with the delivery man there, to make sure there was no damage. The delivery man opened the box and plugged in the set to make sure it worked okay. I was very satisfied with the whole process and certainly would do business with Buy Squad again. |

(Edited April 06th by DoeJohn12) The Buy Squad website worked fine, but then I received an email that I had to contact them by phone to confirm the order. I called. They were cordial and confirmed the order and said they'd send out an email with a tracking number shortly. Five days later I called again to track my order because no email came. Their offices were closed, so I left a voicemail and then contacted Buy Squad via their website email link. A day later I received an email with a tracking number for a small regional shipping company with a broad range of delivery dates. Mark, at Buy Squad's customer service, was good to work with and explained that the big shipping companies have a high rate of breakage on large TVs, so Buy Squad uses small carriers for quality delivery, but sometimes slow delivery. Buy Squad prices and customer service are great; the small shipping companies they are forced to use need some improvement. |

One thing they could do better is send a sales receipt at the time of purchase like all other companies do. I would also like to mention that if you want to keep your good ratings, you may want to use a more reputable warranty company, don't let the warranty co bring your score down. Other than that, A pleasure to do business with.. A+ |

It was a great purchase and my Sharp 70" TV is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! If your even remotely considering this TV, go ahead and buy it. It completely changes the TV watching experience. I would by another in a second. It's worth every penny. |

(Edited March 22nd by returntogreen) I just purchased the Samsung PN51D8000 Plasma TV from BuySquad today (3/5/2012). The person over the phone was very helpful. He let me know how many units were in stock. I made the order, and delivery is expected in 14 days so I'll keep an eye out. I'll increase the ratings (assuming all goes well) as I'm informed of delivery and once I received the unit. Stay tuned. Today (3/14/2012) I was contacted by BuySquad (Mark) and he confirmed I will receive a NEW unit and let me know the tracking number for the deliver, which will arrive on 3/16, a few days ahead of schedule! Thanks Mark, I'm happy to date so I increased my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Should/when the delivery arrives w/o issues, I'll increase rating further. My new TV arrived on 3/20/2012 without a hitch, the TV works just fine and I'm learning all the features. Happy customer ! Thanks BuySquad! |
