Right, so I never write reviews, I just don't have a whole lot of spare time. However, after the service experienced with Electrozone, I felt that it was the least I could do. I originally ordered a certain model of TV, and due to no fault of their own they weren't able to fill the order in a timely manner. So instead of just putting my oder in the back order slot, this guy Jeff calls and totally goes out of his way to make sure that this customer is taken care of. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Electrozone is the only company I will ever deal with online when it comes to Electronics. |

I had a small problem with my product but ELECTROZONE was so quick to fix it and make me happy. ELECTROZONE went above and beyond normal customer service to help me out. They were very kind and very understanding. I got a GREAT deal from them and a GREAT product and it was a PLEASURE doing business with them. I will always buy from ELECTROZONE!! A+ |

I ordered a what I thought to be a brand new television. I got an email to call them to confirm. When I called, Jeff told me it was a re-furb. I think this should be mentioned in the item description. |

When Searching I found Electrozone had the best prices, and did not expect the white glove delivery, that other sellers do not offer. A TV this big has to be delivered anyway, so why pay a higher price and sales tax from a local store... |
