I called on 7/21 and was told that my order would be shipped by cob that day. I called on 7/28. I was told again the order should be delivered any day now. I was unable to get a tracking number from AAE. I called on 8/5 afternoon requesting a full refund because I have not received my order. The rep said that he will produce a tracking number or refund my order and then send me an email the relevant information. It is now evening time.
