I don't know what happened with the person who said it was a scam. I'm just a regular customer, not some kind of shill. Not only did I get a great deal, and the dowload email sent was fast, but I had a problem with my product glitching just this week. Contacted them back and Carol answered immediately (she either never sleeps or "Carol" is a blanket name for customer service there!), told me to reinstall. When I went to MS to reinstall the Product Key (which is this case is the serial number because, I think, it's a group license) didn't work. She immediately sent me another one and it's fine. I can't imagine NOT using this company for such purchases in the future. Maybe they changed hands since your bad experience. I'd try again... |

These guys really reek of some kind of scam. I tried to order Microsoft home and business which they had clearly advertised on their site for $110. When I placed my order I got no confirmation email from them nor did I get any kind of receipt. The receipt I got back from paypal (thank god I used them instead of entering in my information!) showed nothing about my order other than I paid $110 & my order #. According to the website I was to download the trial from Microsoft and wait for them to send me my product key via email. I didn't hear from them so I sent them an email asking about my the key. They send me a thank you email and told me to download office professional instead. I told them that I only ordered home & business and instead of giving me the correct product code from that I get a very curt email stating " Dear sir,I will credit the order. This is what we offer and advertise. Sincerely, Carol" they're probably using the site to capture cc info, buy elsewhere. |

I purchased Microsoft Office Professional for $75 online and it normally cost atleast $300. I was a little skeptical but I went for it. I purchased it through pay pal so I felt a little safer. After I purchased it i didn't see my email with my product key right away so i emailed support (on a sunday afternoon) and Carol emailed me back with in 10minutes and told me exactly what to do. She then emailed me my new product key with in a few minutes. I had my new Microsoft Office up and running immediately. I was so excited that everything went so smoothly and I saved so much! I ordered MS Office Professional 2010 and I took advantage of the special they offered and paid only $73.93!! Amazing! Carol was very helpful with answering my initial questions promptly and I was able to install the program and use activation product key that Carol emailed to me within an hour or so! I'm telling all my friends about my great deal!! |

Found this deal for Microsoft Office 2010 Professional through Google Product Search. The price was right so I ordered. Pros: 1) Price. 2) Service. I ordered the product on a Saturday afternoon and received the product key that evening via e-mail. 3) Support. I did have some issues with the installation and Carol was always prompt in responding. Cons: 1) Extra charges. I elected to have the payment charged to my AmEx card an an $8.88 shipping fee was added. 2) Faulty initial product. The Product Key I was provided didn't allow the product to be activated because the maximum number of activations had been exceeded. Carol promptly provided me with a new and completely workable Product Key. 3) No technical support. Since the initial Product Key didn't work, I needed to either uninstall and reinstall Office or delete the Product Key. After searching the internet, I learned how to delete the 'bad' Product Key by editing the System Registry (NOT for the faint of heart!). |

Did no one notice that the order page used HTTP and not HTTPS?!?!? I can't believe I just ordered from them. Regardless of how satisfactory the rest of the experience might be I will be worried about someone stealing my credit card number. |

I am really got a good experience on the web purchase. This is my first time I was planned to buy on online but I was heared that online purchase is not safe like that from one of my friend. Finally I was decided to puchase via online and my first purchase itself I got good experience. So I am sharing my experience with all of you. BuyBargainDeals.com did a great job when I was placed a order there for the Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 for Windows. I was placed the order from their online store and it is really easy to order there and then I got the product within the time line I was expected to arrive. I placed an order on March 27, and contacted BuyBargainDeals by email on April 2 to find out when I should expect the software I ordered because no tracking information was provided, and I needed the software soon for a project. A reply came quickly that day, and it said: "Dear Sir, Will arrive any day." So I waited patiently. Then, 5 days later on April 7, I received a refund from paypal with no information entered or reason given. I was never contacted by BuyBargainDeals, only notified by paypal. I sent an email to ask what was going on, and never got a reply. I finally found a telephone number (not listed on their website anywhere that I could find), and called. The reply that I got was simply sorry, we don't have it. This is some of the worst customer service I've had ordering online. I recommend that if you actually need the product you're ordering that you don't order it from BuyBargainDeals, as they are very unreliable, and very uncommunicative. |

I had a foofoo on the shipping cost for which Carol emailed me and said that she would certainly only charge me the lowest quote. She followed up even after the shipping to make sure the package arrived. I felt like I was their only customer... (which would be great for me and not so much for them :) AWESOME, can't wait to buy from them again when the need arises! TRUST ME, I am a very picky customer and buy very often from the web... |

i did not recieve an email confirming my order and when CC was charged i feared the worse. I sent an email several days later which was promptly answered by Carol. She advised that the order was shipped and would be getting me a tracking number. My order arrived that same day. Will be buying from them again! CT |

Best price I could find. The same product was more than double on the manufacturer's website. I thought there would be a receipt in the box when I received my software, but there wasn't. I prefer that over the internet receipt. |

They promptly sent an Express package (no additional shipping charges) through UPS that arrived the next day. Very good communication throughout this transaction and the product, Photoshop CS4, was truly a bargain deal. |

The ad on the web (Price Grabber) indicated that shipping was Free. Once I went to enter the order I was advised that there was a charge for shipping. A note was sent to the merchant of the deception and asked for information to correct it. There is no customer service phone number to reach the merchant. |

I was skeptical at first because the price was so low, compared to the majority of the competition. However, the product was exactly as described. The box and all of the contents were new and unopened, in mint condition. The product installed, activated, and registered without problems. There was one small issue with the shipping charges. The product was advertised as having free shipping, but when I placed the online order, there was a line item for shipping charges that could not be edited. When I sent an e-mail to customer service, the representative promptly and cheerfully refunded the shipping charges. I will definitely purchase from this vendor again. |

Poor Check out Processing. Accepts credit card only thru PayPal (ok that's not that bad) Pricegrabber said free Shipping, but that option wasn't offered at Checkout. While searching for the free shipping (while scrolling the wheel mouse in the shipping field), the transaction went through against my Bank a/c which did not have the $ available. I wanted to pay with my credit card. Sent an immediate e-mail and called the merchant but no response. (Unfortunately neither my bank nor PayPal can help). Review is immediate after "order" was placed (not by me but merchant's PayPal checkout system). |

i OWN a lot of adobe software (PC & mac). this is the ONLY adobe software i've purchased from someone OTHER THAN adobe. i will never do this again. initially, i was pleased w/my purchase because of $, prompt communication & shipping options. software installed & works. only recently, when talking with adobe & confirming ALL my licenses, THIS software was not showing up on my list. when i provided the serial number by phone, adobe not only told me that the copy i had was an ACADEMIC version, BUT that the serial number i had (and believed to own) was registered in SOMEONE ELSES name. so, although i BELIEVED to have purchased a full NON-Academic version with a REGISTERABLE serial number, this was NOT the case. IMPORTANT NOTE: if your software does NOT link up with the internet UPON INSTALL to PROMPT registration, CALL ADOBE to verify product, as this IS a RED FLAG!! final good note: seller DID promptly provide me with a refund. |
