A couple of items you do need to price shop though. for example, Microsoft Home and Student (Retail) is cheaper to buy on newegg. But I will keep shopping here for most of my software needs. We were NOT notified of this in any form. An e-mail notification would have been suitable. When a call was placed to inquire as to order status the first customer rep told us that our order did NOT meet minimum dollar value for international shipping even though shipping charges are $46.94. Second customer service agent told us that the order DID meet requirement but wasn't sure how long the order would take to process. Clearer communicaton with e-mail confirmations would have eliminated all questions.	Overall Rating
