Great prices, good service. They offered a GREAT price for insurance etc, but I am not one that buys insurance. I will definitely be going to their site first when looking for my next appliance/electronics purchase. |

Beware of BuyersEdge! I originally attempted to purchase a Sony CyberShot DSC-H2O for $249.00 and a 3-year Extended Warranty for $29.95. A sales rep called and talked me into a 4-year full coverage extended warranty for $59.99, which he said was 50% off the actual price. He also talked me into purchasing a hi-capacity battery. He tried to talk me into buying a memory stick, but I knew I could get one locally for cheaper than his offer, so I said no thanks. I received, after 12 days even though I paid extra for expedited shipping, the camera (charged $252.45) and battery (correct price), a 3-year warranty for the $59.99 price (no fine print to read to know what is actually covered), and, get this, a memory stick for $26.99, which is still on its way! I didn't order the memory stick but it ended up on my bill anyway. I will NEVER purchase from this company again, and I warn you to pay extra through Amazon or some other reputable company. |

Justin is the man. I ordered on a Friday morning and had my camera Monday morning. He was very helpful on the phone answering my questions, and I would definitely do business with him again. |

Unable to complete the order...Have received continuous calls stating there was an issue with the order. When calling back, no one answers, including customer service. I asked them to leave the message that needed an answer and I would leave on their answer machine. The didn't do so...I asked for them to send an email...that didn't do so. I waited on the customer service phone line for 1.5 hours today - on hold, no one picked up...just said to continue waiting. I just cancelled the order after 6 days of frustration. |

Justin was knowledgable and extremely helpful. I asked to have my Sony A-230y DSLR shipped out the same day and overnighted. He followed up through the whole process and even called me to give me the tracking number. Everything arrived today as promised. Well packed and intact. I will recommend BuyersEdge (and Justin) to my friends. Wonderful service and excellent followup. |

Highly recommend. Did extensive price shopping on and off the internet, and Buyersedge was by far the best deal for my new Weber grill. Within 24 hours after placing my online order, Steven telephoned me to make sure I was satisfied, and he upgraded the already free delivery at no extra charge, assuring that I would receive the grill faster. Steven knows how to make his customers happy. |

After I put my order in I received a call from Steve at Ext 204 who helped me get the packeage shipped quicker and we are saving alot of money on the camera and accessories, since I checked numerous web sites and no one compared to their price. It seems that they really care because I don't ever remember receiving a call from an online retailer who showed any interest in their customers. It would seem to me that Buyer's Edge #1 priority is to give great deals and make their customers happy. |

I paid for 2nd day air shipping. I did not receive the package within 2 days. When I inquired about it via e-mail nobody responded. I got my package from DHL 4 days after it was shipped and found that it was addressed incorrectly (Apt number left off). When I called to ask about getting the charge for second day air shipping removed I was told that it was not their problem since the package was picked up by DHL the day after I ordered it. After explaining to them that they had addressed the package incorrectly they told me they would charge me the next lower shipping. I explained to them that the mistake was on their part and that if I wanted the package shipped any other method I would have choosen the free option. After talking to 2 people they finally reluctantly agreed to refund the shipping charge. |
