The "new" phone had a broken speakerphone and was obviously not new (came in a used, previously opened box). The other phone's caller ID didn't work. Sent multiple e-mails to their lousy support people, none of which were answered. Had to protest the charge through American Express to get them to respond to me. It worked less than 6 weeks. With a one year warrantee they refunded me $44.00 of the $60.00 that I paid for it. Plus I had to eat the $20.00 postage for both ways. They would not respond to my E-mails asking why it was not fully warranteed. Stay away from this company. They do sell new phones and do not stand behind their warrantees. A $60.00 + phone should have worked longer than 6 weeks. Buy from your local store, this place is not reputable. Retailer Response (09/17/2008): Please note, all our products come with a warranty. We will gladly replace any defective merchandise during the warranty period. In this particular instance, the customer refused to accept a replacement.	Overall Rating

It has been shipped, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT! I have no idea where my order is. I just spent close to forty bucks for NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!
