overall- it was quick,easy, and to the point. however,I was unable to see a larger image of the product and I never did see a phone cord on the base of the phone. I hope it is there. thanks very much. |

When I clicked submit for my order, I lost connection to the site and wasn't sure if my order had been placed. I tried to call and couldn't reach anyone. I went back and submitted my order again, and hopefully I won't receive the order twice. I received the order (not a second one, as I feared) in excellent condition. It is exactly as represented on the website. I would definitely order again. |

I would have expected to see the shipping options later in the ordering process, not on the page before I decided to purchase. The information was great and easy to understand, just not where I expected to see it. Great experience thus far. |

Faulty installation disk. Customer service only available online and no response so far. Pretty disappointing. Retailer Response (01/03/2006): Replacement installation disk was shipped out today, January 3, 2006...within one business day of being made aware of the problem. |

Right now I am very unsatisfied. No instructions came with the item. I asked for it and was eventually given a web site to look at it online. I would like the original manual mailed to me please. Satisfaction will go up with that being done. |

Very good shopping experience. Good price on item. Web site was slow at times, but probably due to overall traffic. Easy to find necessary information and to order. The package arrived a day earlier than expected. |

Product was defective and has been returned. Return credit has not been received yet, so I don't know if they are going to provide full credit. Also, I'm out the $10 it cost to ship the product back. |

Customer Service is completely unreponsive. You are left hanging if you happen to get a defective item like I did. I got a RMA number (return authorization) but no prepaid shipping label as stated in the response. After reading other repsonses I am concerned that I would send the item back and never see it or my money again. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE.
