forgot login and had to phone back to get details as they were not sent to my email address as promised. There was a problem with part of the credit card details I gave, nobody phoned me and there was no indication of a problem on my order status page, after phoning them I was then told that there was a problem with my card and also that part of my order was out of stock. I was told the part order would be in later on in the week so I said deliver them all together. The next day all my order arrived after all it was lucky I was in as I wasn't expecting them |

Some confusing aspects. I went round and round in some confusion before I was able to place my order. Could be better designed. Once order placed the whole process was excellent. Amazed by speed of delivery of goods. |

This was/is my first purchase with this web site and so far so good, the web site was easy to follow and ordering was easy with information on progression well detailed. Item was received within 4 days and was as described on web site. I was informed when it was posted and an invoice was received for payment by post after receipt of the goods. Overall I was pleased with the service I received from this merchant and will use again if this is typical of there service. |
