I ordered a back support from Caboodle. They sent the wrong one so returned it. One month later they emailed me stating that they will not be refunding my money because I had removed the packaging to examine the product. It is true - only when I removed the plastic film did I realise it was the wrong one. I explained this, and they still refused a refund. I believe consumer protection law states that they cannot refuse to refund an item that does not match the description of the advert. And also that whether it was opened or not matters only to items such as software and music CDs. I explained this to them, they stopped emailing, and sent back to me the incorrect item I had returned to them. This item is worth less than the item I ordered. They are forcing an item on me which I have no use for, and have kept the money I paid for something of more value. |

Found your site after looking at Viking & Staples. Impressed that the prices are available for smaller Quantities, instead of only for bulk. Choice good too. |

Purchase was not received at all. No information regarding status of delivery. Had to call customer service 5 times. Each time custormer service claim to get back to me but never did. Finally when I called them for the last time, was told that delivery has failed and they're not reshipping the product anymore. very poor, unreliable service. don't ever purchase from this merchant! |

We did not receive the items. We understand that the order was not logged by Caboodle but they did not call back as promise with the result of their investigations. Our credit card was cloned and used fraudulently. I will never use Caboodle again nor reccomend that anyone does so. Criminal and useless. |

I find Caboodle overall a good web site to order stationery from,however, i find that it is sometimes difficult for the web site to pick up my discriptions of goods (ie) i wanted blue tak & when i typed it in, it did not regonise it, also permenant markers, box files, it seems that you have to be precise with your words. (ie) Bostik blue tak...... it won't regonise just blue tak... hope this makes sense..... |
