I found the site through Google - it was third on the list on search for the Ricoh toner product. Product was clearly displayed and labled so no doubts about what it was. The registration and checkout procedure was easy to use - nice, clear unfussy site. |

Other than a blip when registering with you, I am STILL awaiting the arrival of the goods I purchased. Until they arrive I cannot truthfully complete this survey. To say the least I am extremely disgusted by the service so far, it will take a lot to get me to use Caboodle Ltd again Retailer Response (06/27/2008): Many thanks for your feedback, Caboodle can confirm that we have tried to deliver your order on two occasions but sadly there has been no-one available to sign for the goods. Have used them before and they have been very prompt in arranging delivery. Orders over ?30 qualify for FREE DELIVERY and it usually arrives the very next day. |
