I have placed numerous orders with Calumet over the past couple of years and have always been pleased. Their shipping service is unbelievable, always within 2 days and sometimes the next morning, all without premium shipping charges. They are a first rate company serving many professional photographers as well as the amateur market with competitive prices and excellent service. |

I placed the order on a Monday and it arrived 2 days later (free shipping too). I have made many purchases on line but this has to be the quickest one yet. I was very impressed. I wish I could rate this company more than 5 stars. |

Top notch. Bought a Canon EOS 1Ds Mark II digital camera and 8G Sandisk extreme IV memory card from Calumet. Product arrived as ordered and earlier than expected. Phone calls to both Sales and Customer Service were answered promptly and with helpful attitude. Definitely would buy from these guys again. |

Items arrived much soon then I had expected and with free shipping. Customer service notified me that the filter I had ordered was on back order. They recommended another filter of better quality and less money. They were very helpful and courteous and I would most definetly order from them again. |

Canon EF 500mm "L" series lens, priced at over $5,000 in the U.S. are finally mine - thanks to Calumet Photo! Actually, I placed an order with their competitors first, but they were not able to ship me the item - but indeed kept my money for ELEVEN DAYS!!! So, after getting my money back from the competitor's site, I decided to try Calumet Photo (thanks to positive feedback for this site). And what a breeze! The item was shipped the same day as I payed for it and was delivered in 3 business days! And that's an international order! The lens were very carefully packaged, the communication was very prompt and efficient - two thumbs up, Calumet ! Not only it was fast and efficient - this also saved me a lot of money, as I saved over $3,000 with this order, compared with the prices in local shops. |

I ordered the Calumet Genesis 200 1-Light Kit and it arrived so quickly to Florida it was impossible to track the order. I have found my new online photography store and it's Calumet. I would definetly recommend this company. |

(Edited December 16th by jonjon5000) I ordered a Canon 70-200 on the 13th of this month, two days before the deadline for Christmas shipment. As of three days later I got no shipment confirmation or backorder notice, only an order confirmation. I just called to find out the status and was told that the lens was backordered and it would not arrive until next year, even though I received no communication as such, and bought this to gift to a friend. Basically, I have no lens, apparently will not have it for at least a month, and was given no notification about this. DO NOT BUY from Calumet if you expect them to keep their word. They are a DECEITFUL COMPANY! |
