mahatin Member Since: Mar 2006 View Member's: Reviews Product Experience: 4 Days	Decent lens Strengths: Seems to have quite good resolution across the whole image at extreme telephoto. Weaknesses: Shows dark outline at outer edges at half zoom to wide angle. Summary: 2008-01-12 09:58:56 Seems a good buy but I find this lens has issues when used with Sony HD camcorder HDR-HC7. Between half and wide angle zoom it appears that the edge of the lens leaves a darkened margin in the outer corners. Also, the rubber hood that is supplied with the lens can come into play in the same way at wider angles than full telephoto.. 100% of People (1/1) found this review helpful.
