Everything seemed fine until parcel lost in post, after emailing, they were going to get back to me and didnt, after phoning someone with a couldnt give a shit attitude he was going to chase it up and let me know whats happening, he didnt. Unless I hear something by tomorrow will ask for my money back and buy the camera at Jessops where its the same price anyway, The Professionals choice!!!!!! 3 days later... after threatening to get my bank to sort out refund Camerabox completeely ignored my request for a refund and sent out camera that looked used (contents loose in box, no protective film over screen,strap already attached etc) Oh! and the SD card sent was'nt the one ordered. In 10 years of purchasing on line the worst company I've ever come across, am about to spend £2,500 on SLR upgrade, needless to say who I wont be using |

Ordered & paid for a camera 18/4/11 @9am, with supposed 2-4 day delivery. Only after chasing at day 4 did Camerabox confirm despatch. To date (4th May) still not arrived, even after many phone calls & emails. Camerabox are still unable (or unwilling) to confirm a tracking ref, & I have been told today on the phone that "I just don't get it" with the delivery over Bank Holidays. (it is 5 working days since told despatched, and 9 working days since paid for - this IN ADDITION to the Bank Holidays. The Cust Service rep on the phone today 4th May told me they are investigating, but will still not confirm WHEN they will respond, just says "when they are advised by the courier". Things do get lost and go astray, but it is how a Company deals with problems that defines customer service. I appreciate most orders go quickly and fine, but when things go wring expect a nightmare & to be fobbed off I would not recommend you buy from this lot EVER |

NIkon p7000 camera appears to be a grey import so may be problems with guarantee and or upgrades no european guarantee card supplied Nikon site did not accept registration |

Ordered and paid for on 14 April, advised by email goods despatched on 21 April, now 28 April, goods not received nor are they likely to be received in the forseeable future (not despatched), have cancelled order. Do not recommend this Company. |

I would never order from this company again. Goods never arrived and excuse after excuse. requested money back could never get through on the telephone. Advertises that items in stock and next day delivery. |

Very clear and informative web site both in relation to information about the product and about purchase and delivery. Confirmation of order was almost imediate and this included details about warranty. Overall the web site provides the customer with a sense of confidence that this company knows it's business. |
