Nice design, but you get what you pay for.
Plays many types of formats, does not need a brain, affordable.
touchscreen not very sensitive, screen does not come in when vehicle is turned off, software not very smart.
Posted Sep 29, 2006 - This unit is just ok for the price. It really should be around the $500 mark for it being just an mp3 player and dvd player. It really doesn't do much, but it does have the Ipod interface if you have one. Nothing special, and for the time I've had it, it doesn't have multiple backgrounds, just a plain blue one with a backdrop. When playing an mp3 disc, it's kinda hard to navigate the songs also, there's no way to sort so basically, you'll have to folder them before putting on the disc if you want any way of telling how to play the songs. Overall though, I'm pretty happy with the unit. But it would be great if the software was better. It does play DVD+Rs with no problem, but I haven't tried DVD-Rs.
