I bought a Motorola Atrix phone from CarToys and the phone failed after 10 days. No big deal, I choose the phone. When I called CarToys they gave me the RA # and a shipping label". When I received the replacement phone it was used or refurbished:. The box was not sealed, the phone had dirt under the display plastic (cover), and it obviously had a SIM and memory module installed previously;. When I called to tell them that I wanted a NEW phone as my replacement they said the phone they sent was new;. I explained that there was some sort of mistake and their "computer" was wrong?. Juliet was extremely rude on the phone and insisted the phone was new,. Additionally Juliet explained that the phone "is now outside of the 30 day warranty period and I would have to deal with AT&T"/. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE|. Anyone that says "that's what the computer says" is not out to help. REGRETS... |

(Edited April 24th by thuongle) i try to buy a cell phone with 2 year contract with t-mobile at a cheap price as advertised, but somehow they charged my credit card twice. The last time I bought something from this website and my debit card was charged three times, I had to cancelled the order. This time my credit card was charge twice, I have to call them to fix it. And it takes so long for them to process the order. Could not find my current order status, the website only show the cancelled status of my previous order. Modify review after few days: I think it is just some technical problems. I was informed that my order had been shipped. Very nice customer service from Car Toys. This time everything seems smooth. I am waiting for the package. |

On December 1st, in the morning, I place an order from CarToysOnline. I placed my order over the phone. Before I gave the person my credit card number, I asked him to verify that the items were in stock in the warehouse. He checked, and sure enough, they had everything 'IN STOCK”. I even got an e-mail confirmation within minutes to verify more order was placed. Well, 2 days later I still had not received a promised e-mail saying my stuff had been shipped. So I called them. To my shock and surprise I was told they did NOT have everything in stock and that part of my order was going to be shipped out from a store! NICE! After they originally told me that this was a warehouse only item, not stocked in stores, NOW they tell me that the stuff is coming from a store! I'm not exactly happy, but since I want this stuff so bad I guess I can only wait even longer. This was my first and probably my last online order from Car Toys. |

they should list expected delivery dates before you pay so you can better determine which shipping option is best for you. i chose ups 2day, i should have it by wednesday. edit: the gps unit came in, i would suggest some better packaging next time. the unit works good so far but the packaging could of been better. other than that i would do business with again. |
