This means made in Monroe, NC. The Quality deficit in this "farmed -out" product is obvious. The credibility of Interstate Music deserves full disclosure of product origin. On the site it stated if you need to return item they would refund money less shipping charges. I email and asked if item was received damage would they pay then. I was very satisfied that they email back so quickly and said in the case it was damaged they would cover the shipping charges. Second issue was when using an internet discount the first time it took. Since I was unable to place the order at that time (I was waiting on email about shipping) when I went back in it would not let me enter it again. It said invalid or already used. I am not sure if it was me or the site. So if you are going use one my suggest is to make sure your ready to place the order. Overall I was very happy with my order even with the two issues I had. For example I was ordering different weighted reeds of the same make and needed to go back through the browser. However, I did not loose any data doing it in this manner and all things worked out well.	Overall Rating

So if you don't know that... too bad, you just lost one hour of putting item into it, painstakingly, one at a time! If they did not have the 10 % off at this time, I'd not have persevered to shop there, that's how poor that website is! (lots of items have no picture displayed, either!)	Overall Rating

There web site is very slow when searching for items when compared to other music sites. I wish they had an option for a credit card or multiple payments like American Music Supply.
