My purchase was sent to the wrong address and I have not received my product to date. (purchased 7/22/08). I am unable to get customer service on the phone. All I have gotten is an e-mail indicating that "we will follow up soon regarding your question below" CE Enterprise's Response: Customer was emailed immediately after tracing of the package. So far, bad communication and no product. Luckily my total is only $14 so no huge financial loss. Maybe this will help otherwise i say don't use them.
