UPPON ARRIVAL THE PRADA BOX WAS DAMAGED WITH A STICKER THAT SAID " DO NOT ACCEPT IT SEAL IS BROKEN" AND GUESS WHAT. THE SEAL WAS BROKEN. AT THE TIME I DIDNT THINK MUCH OF IT THINKING THIS IS A NORMAL THING BUT THE DAY I PRESENTED THE GIFT TO MY WIFE UPON RECIEVING IT, SHE PUT IT IN CHARGE FOR 8 HOURS ONCE SHE WENT TO TURN IT ON THE BATTERY DID NOT LAST FOR MORE THEN AN HOUR. SO NOT ONLY WE GOT A DAMAGED BOX WE ALSO GOT A DEFECTIVE CELL PHONE WHICH COSTED ME $370USD. I HAVE CALLED CELL WHOLESALE OVER 30 TIMES AND LEFT THEM OVER 30 MESSAGES AND DID NOT GET ANY RESPONSES. I TIRED EMAILIMG THEM OVER 20 TIMES WITH NO RESPPONSE. NOW I AM OUT 370 DOLLARS WITH A CELL PHONE THAT BARELY WORKS.OH YA ONE MORE THING ON THE WEB IT STATES THEY ARE LOCATED IN CALIFORNIA BUT WHEN ARRIVED RETURN ADDRESS IS CHINA. The downside however is, I got my phone in 5 days and the price was slashed by 30$, i asked for a refund of that 30$ as it as less than a week I bought it. But the support person gave some weird answers about the supplier pricing varying every 3-4 days. I was very unhappy about this!!	Overall Rating

I called the cellswholesale customer support line to get assistance and a young man picked up the call. I asked him how to set up the internet because i could not set it up by talking to a customer service rep from my carrier, AT&T. Cellswholesale was very helpful and actually stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes until my internet was set up! I greatly appreciate their patience and their help as I don’t know much about cell phones.	Overall Rating

I have to say- I love this phone! I was unsure about it at first, but i called customer service and discussed all the different options on the phone, and what my other available options were. I ordered it right then on the phone. It was eligible for free shipping which they say takes about seven business days, but i got mine in 5. Normally I would just call best buy and circuit city for my electronic needs, but both stores did not have it. I asked my son how I could find a good price, and he recommended pricegrabber to me. I searched for the LG Prada, and CellsWholesale had the lowest price, so I went to their site. Everything about cellswholesale's site was nice- it had a very easy layout, their contact information was clearly displayed on every page, so I decided to give them a shot. Anxious to get my phone, but hesitant to spend too much money on shipping, I paid 9.99 for their "Ground Expedited" shipping service and get my spankin new phone in just 4 days. I have been using my phone for about a week now, and it is amazing! I would recommend cellswholesale to friend's and family, and will surely use them for any more cell phone needs that I have in the future.	Overall Rating

I purchase from online stores on a regular basis, and I was suprized by how professional Cellswholesale is compared to the rest of the crew. First of all, cellswholesale called me to confirm my order, verifying all of the information. I had ordered overnight shipping, and it was shipped the same day, delivered the next.
