The order confimation said my order would be received in 5-7 days. When it did not arrive, I called customer service, and he said it was out of stock. I told him if I knew that it was out of stock I would not have purchased it. I requested that he give me expedited shipping or compensate me in some way. He said he could not do that. AND then he tried to sell me other items!!! He was rude, horrible and just plain mean. I asked to speak to the manager, and he is actually the owner. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They made arrangements to ship the order fast and got it in stock for me right away. They did not try to mislead me about the product availability and everything they promised to do was done. The pricing was among the lowest and the transactions were accurate and fast. There was a risk that the merchandise wouldn't arrive in time for my trip so I had to upgrade the shipping and Certified Digital split the difference with me. I received the correct merchandise on time. I was always able to get quick turn around using a combination of phone and e-mail. 5 Stars as far as I am concerned.	Overall Rating

After calling to follow up on my order they tried to get me to buy a bunch of accessories and then cancelled my order and didn't even tell me after I told them I just wanted the camera. I found the people to be knowledgeable, sincere and willing. Management came on to speak to a problem and I got quick solutions and specific names to ask for when I called to verify what I was told. I got 2 Vixias ( I do dance reviews and plays ) and all the things you would expect, extra batteries etc. I have no reservations to recommend them. Maybe new management is in force to explain the turn around, but I am willing to get a G-10 Canon now from them. Get accidental insurance with these small products that can slip from your hand or table. I don't order often, but when I do I don't want dissappointment, just like all of you. I have yet to be able to contact anyone at any of the departments offered on the phone service, several times I have tried. None of the several e-mails were answered either. I have since called the card company used for the order because I fear fraud, and have canceled my order with CertifiedDigital. I am not sure the company even exist, and anyone should be very cautious when dealing with these people. Placed my new order with TigerDirect because the service and products I have received from them in the past have been the best. Tried to save a few bucks this time, very few I might add and will never do bussiness with anyone but tiger again. STAY FAR AWAY FROM CERTIFIEDDIGITAL!	Overall Rating

The $30 shipping for a small GPS seemed very high but was still overall a good price which is why I bought from them. Got the automated email that they got my order but nothing after that as of 12/22. On their tracking page they still say "new" with no tracking number. Called them multiple times and while their call system makes it seem like they take calls 24/7 you are always on hold and led straight to voice mail in the exact same way every time. (left a few messages over the past week and they never called back) Also emailed them with no response. (The item has been listed as in stock every day since I ordered it) So I'd have to say it seems like a scam	Overall Rating

I still have not heard from them nor received a response to my emails or phone calls. one phone # is no longer connected, the other # only accepts voicemail and they do not return your calls or emails no matter which "dept" you leave the message.
