They provided immediate shipping feedback and tracking information. I ordered the software, and it was on my desk two days later. It doesn't get any better than that. It was our first purchase with them, and I will certainly be returning to them for future software purchases. The correct product version, showed up, our Symantec license certificate was emailed to me promptly. They earn an "E" rating for Excellence in E-commerce in my book.	Overall Rating

They were willing to offer us a partial reimbursement for our inconvenience and Sam was very helpful and friendly to work with. Customer Service has improved since our initial purchase and since the employee we originally worked with is no longer there the service should be much better than we originally received. Shipped products Delphi 2006 upgrade and delphi 4. for the record, Delphi 4 is a very old piece of software that is not worth very much. If I wanted this solution I would have done it my self for far cheaper. It would have been nice if provided this solution as an option and asked if this would be ok. I would have declined because I don't want to have to install two programs when i could just install the one. But if they had done this I would have given them high marks for giving me an alternative. As it stands they sold me a different product then what I ordered. The last thing I wanted was an upgrade copy of the program for reasons mentioned above. I would not recommend this company to anybody. The customer service was very bad outside of my troubles with my order. They assumed I was wrong. They did not try to please me and did nothing to try to convince me to come back and order from them again.	Overall Rating

Just the processing portion of it took over 3 days to complete. The attendant on the phone was very rude, and never had the information I was looking for. Each time I called I got a different excuse and never once did they keep their word. I still have not received a tracking number for my order which they say has shipped. I will never order from them again, and do not recommend them to anyone else.	Overall Rating
