Minimum Shipping and order size charges are usurious, especially for a minor replacement part. I don't mind the minimum purchase size but $12.95 shipping for a $3.00 part is ridiculous. |

the cost of shipping was equal to the price of the product. i will never return to this website and will tell my friends not to either. especially when most merchants are offering FREE shipping. |

Easy as pie. I have a Prodyne Cheese Slicer and had a guest this summer who used it and then went to a cheese factory here in Wisconsin and thought he found one just like it until he turned it over and it said "made in China". So I wanted to find another one but didn't get back to where I got mine. I'm in my later 60's and it didn't dawn on me until this morning - Duh! the internet. So - hope it gets her by the 22nd as we're leaving for Kansas City, Mo. and that's where it's going to be given. |

I almost did not order with you because I could not use American Express. I think I would think twice before I ordered again. Also, I could not easily see the price of shipping with standard ground versus postal service. |

No problems with the merchant. I had more problems with you because you were asking for information that was on the ordersheet making it necessary to go back to the order twice. Once to find the very long order number and the second time for the price of the order. |

Thus far, excellent experience. I looked in over 4 department and specialty cooking stores and could not find what I was looking for...thank God for cheeseslicing.com :) I was more than thrilled with the shipment, the items were not only sent wrapped and well in time for when I needed them, but wrapped for the occasion I specified...thank you for the perfect wrapping paper. I was so impressed and pleased (all this from cheese cutters, I know, but it's the details that matter). |
