The 2 items I purchased were on back order and so I had no problem waiting for the item, although it took 4 months to receive one of the items. The other same item was supposed to be sent to a friend in another state and she never received. I was, however, charged for both shipments. I have since emailed the company twice and and left a voicemail message. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not heard from the company. Free shipping is not worth it if you don’t receive the item. I just got notice today, 12/23, that the item has been *shipped*. So that means I'll get it on the 27th, if I 'm lucky. The website verbiage never mentioned a 15 day lag. Nor did I receive any kind of heads up that there was a delay. Just a cheerful ship notice 15 days later. Boo!	Overall Rating

While living in the Philippines for the time being... I have mail- ordered many things and had them sent to my family where I will join them for the holidays again. The company got this order there is less than three days!!! My sister todl me the quality of packing and all else is great and that all we have to to is put some paper on the box! Thanks!!!
