Great selection of books, great prices, and AWESOME customer service! Although I wish they offered a free shipping promotion, their shipping rates are reasonable. In my first order with them, I ordered two hardcover books. However, I was shipped the paperback editions. It turned out to be mistakes in the online product description, which they fixed right away. They also immediately sent me a free shipping label to return the books, and refunded my purchase price and shipping charges. Their customer service is outstanding, and they stand behind each order and every customer! I continue to do business with them, and highly recommend them to everyone! They treat their customers wonderfully! A+ |

I have never had a bad buying experience with CBD; they always have the stock they claim, they ship what and when they say they will, and you always get great prices. The only complaint I have is that their search engine is flaky. Depending upon how you search for something, you may or may not find it. Browsing always finds all available products, but searching often omits products. |

I have been dealing with these folks for over 12 years. HUGE selecting, excellent prices. If ther is an error, or something is damaged during transit, they replace first, then wait for the return merchandise. Probably my all time favorite mail order/on line company to deal with. |
