The customer service rep was very nice and knowledgeable of the camcorder I purchased. I appreciate the security call back after placing my order. During my call the rep offered accessories at an amazing deal so I picked up a few of them. Also, all the items I purchased are OEM or an approved vendor of the manufacturer. Placed order on a Friday. They called on Monday to confirm the order and credit card which really slowed the transaction (and totally uneccessary) then said it would ship in several days. The product arrived as advertised, so that part of the experience was good. Overall Rating

Was sent a Dig Hi-power Lithium Batt that was not compatable with the camera, to get a refund I had to pay to ship it back, was sent a camera case in the kit that does not fit camera. Overall Rating

10/2/09 12:59 PM I was hesitant to purchase from Broadway because of the reviews I read online. But shopping with American Express, I feel that I am protected in the event of any fraudulent activities. Well I called and spoke to the sales rep and he confirmed that my Camera was a US Model, Brand New, Not refurb, has OEM lens and is covered under US warranty. I decided to shop around and could not find a lower price for a US model. I called around 6pm on Wednesday evening to place my order. I used 3 AMEX gift cards and my own AMEX card. I was asked once if I would like "any memory cards or batteries"; and I said no. I inquired about shipping, because I would have liked it before the weekend, however I didn't want to pay for overnight. To my surprise the camera was delivered on Friday at 9:30am with the free Ground shipping. 39 hours later. Awesome. Product arrived damaged. I called Mike and reported it to him and he said to use the Samsung warranty service. They came out and said it was done in the shipping. When I called Mike back he said he would order the parts and have someone install them. He also promised me a $89.00 refund because the shipping took so long. After several phone calls, neither has been done and now their 800 phone number is disconnected and no one answers their local number. I am still going to try and dispute this with AEX to see if I can get any satisfaction. Overall Rating

I ordered a Sony HDR-CX12 Memory Stick Camcorder and paid $693.00. I made this order on Thursday 23 October, 2008 and the order number as per their website is #229663. I did not get my product till date and I am in the process of filing fraud case with my credit card company. I tried calling the numbers on their website more than 50 times. Only once I could reach someone who said they will look into the order. But rest of all the times, it goes into voice message and no one calls back. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Overall Rating

(Edited December 03rd by gorky)  click4digital is a scam. they first generated good reviews so that more people would "buy" their products so when there was enough money they could pack up and leave. now even their website is down. If you used credit card I suggest you contact card provider and file a fraud case. If you sent in check or used debit card then god help you. ordered a sony camcorder on the 25 october with expedited delivery option (3-7 days for extra cost) and after 3 weeks I still have nothing from them - not even a tracking number. All calls in the so called 1800 number go to the same voice mail and no response or call back despite having left many messages. No reply to the email either (besides the first automated confirmation email). My credit card has been charged though. could this be a scam? is it possible that they filed for bankruptcy or something? How to catch them if it turns out that they have run away? Overall Rating

On October 8, 2008 I ordered and paid for by debit card, a Samsung 52" LN-52A650 flat screen TV and wall mount at a total cost of $2119.98, from Mike at Click for Digital. To date, November 7, 2008, I have not received my purchase. Nor will Click for Digital respond to ANY of my numerious telephone or email inquries. They just don't answer any of their telephone numbers or my emails to their website. It's like they've disappeared off the face of the earth with my money. BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE AND BY ALL MEANS DON'T PAY WITH A DEBIT CARD, ITS THE SAME AS CASH. Search for a better store. You will pay a little more but you'll have a much better chance of getting what you pay for. I failed to do my homework and must now try to recover my monies legally. Overall Rating

My card was charged 10/20 and I assume shipped at this time. I requested the economy shipping 10-14 days, day 14 today and no camcorder. At the time of ordering, I didn't notice tracking was only available for more expensive shipping options until I did another mock order. The only confirmation you get is a email to call Mike for confirmation and your charge on your credit card, that's it. Forget about calling or emailing them for info, no ones home. Try calling the number on there website, maybe you can get through, I can't. Who knows, maybe my camcorder will be here tomorrow or just being shipped if ever? I could not find on their policy page if your card is charged with shipping only or not. Advice for clickfordigital, customers don't like surprises or unknowns,and we don't like to be ignored. I ordered a JVC Camcorder on Oct.2,2008. The next day I got the expected address confirmation/sales call then was charged the price of the product with my credit card. I opted for the free 10-14 day shipping option. It is now Nov.4 and still no delivery. I have left phone messages since Oct.26 as well as E-mailed them on aol and the website but not a single reply was received. My credit card company has a case open to investigate the matter. This has been the most frustrating seller I have ever encountered. The complete lack of communication on their part is unacceptable. You cannot reach a live person to resolve any issues once they have your money. Overall Rating

Recieved a phone call Oct 21 explaining that the entire company was closed due to a Jewish holiday. I voiced my concern being that I needed the camcorder By the 24th, which was plenty of time for them to get it out to me since the item was in stock and I paid the extra delivery fee. The guy said that they would have it to me, for sure, by that day. The main reason for the call was to sell extra stuff. The guy wouldn't stop. First it was a battery etc. kit for $149, then $119, then $99 -- after I was polite and said over and over no thanks the guy got rude and basically hung up on me. Anyway, here it is November 4th with no camcorder. I have sent 5 emails, 3 voicemail messages. No call back. No email. I have threatened to cancel via my bank. Still nothing. Probably the most frustrated I have ever been making a purchase online. This company is a joke. Overall Rating

FRAUD..!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company seems to be a fake company as per me..!! I ordered a JVC camcorder on sep 26 and they debited the amount from my account on sep 28th but I still have not received my oredr.!! First time after 16 working days, I got confirmation from the company that they lost the order. So they are resending it. They promised me that I will receive no later than OCT 30th but still I haven't received it yet. I HAVE BEEN CALLING UP THIS COMPANY FOR PAST 10 DAYS BUT GETTING NO RESPOSE NO MATTER WHAT OPTION I CHOOSE ..!!! I WOULD REQUEST EVERYONE TO NOT DEAL ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. Overall Rating

We would NEVER recommend this merchant to a friend. We ordered a Sony TV - First, the merchandise was not delivered when it was promised and we were given false information. Emails and phone calls were not returned. We finally got a notice from UPS stating that they had picked up the tv from CLick for digital in New York.( Days After CFD told us it had been already shipped) When we opened our TV, it didn't work.IT's BROKEN!!Click for Digital would NOT help us when we called and told us to call Sony. Sony says that Click for Digital should be refunding the money and/or providing another TV,but they are doing NOTHING . We are stuck with a TV that doesn't work and click for digital is NOT DOING A THING. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You'll be sorry. Overall Rating

The worst ever merchant(clickfordigital.com) i had seen online.I had ordered sony SD11 on 9th of october and opted for free shipping.It was mentioned it will reach me in 10-14 days.I am a regular shopper and i am doing a lot of online shopping since I am going to India.Other sites like dell.com,buy.com,6ave.com,abbe's etc has delivered the goods in standrad shipping in 4-5 days maximum with tracking of the order.But Out here there is nothing.And when I m calling them to find how much more days I have to wait the customer service is so rude they are not at all listing to points.I am leaving next week 31st october and not sure if I will recive the item or not.Even they are not agreeing to cancel the order.If anyone can help me here please guide how do I proceed.And strongly recommend NOT TO EVER BUY IN THIS SITE. There were problems and delays with the shipment primarily due to Jewish Holidays and store closings. However, the representatives for Click for Digital were always friendly giving the best information they had at the time. Because of the shipping delays they refunded the extra shipping charges I had paid. They seem to try to do the best they can to make customers happy. I ordered a Sony HDR-SR12 from this vendor. The item arrived within the specified time window. It was new in the box and sealed. I was concerned buying online that I would get a refurbished or used product but this was not the case, it was brand new. I would reccommend this vendor to anyone looking for a camcorder. Next day someone called me to try to sell me additional stuff but I refused to add that into my order. He became rude and said there was no guarantee when the camcorder will arrive(TRUE & NEVER). 2 hours later I called to cancel the order. I was told to call back next day which was Monday and I did it in the early morning. I couldn't get the order canceled because I was told the order was processed. So I asked for the order confirmation email and tracking number. The guy told me I need to pay $15 to get a tracking number or email confirmation. I purchased online often and never had experience that people need to pay for tracking or confirmation. 11/24/08 UPDATE-I added one more star because the company was willing to maintain a good customer relationship. Not work for me, I would rather pay some more to buy for respect. Firing that sales guy might help improve the company's image. Got my refund on 10/19/08

Could had been five stars but no replies to my inquiries and the slowness in processing my order denied them of it. I purchased the camcorder on 09/26 and it was never shipped until 10/02. I did receive the item as described and I am quite happy with it. Their prices are almost unbeatable and I will shop with them again.
Retailer Response (10/07/2008): There was no delay in the shipment. The reason there was no responce to inquiries during the days between 9/29 and 10/2 is because we were closed for a Jewish Holiday. Enjoy the camcorder.

purchased new sony sr11. VERY GOOD RATING is given because the price was great. I am happy with the camcorder, HOWEVER, I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THE OFF-BRAND BATTERY THEY RECOMMEND FOR THE CAMERA. While it does work, you have to use a cable to connect the battery to the camcorder and that renders the view-finder difficult to use...You also have to worry about losing the cable. Click4digital tells me the cable will become unnecessary after a few uses, but this isn't the case (YET?) after a five day trip to Disney. I would consider using them again if their return policy was more liberal. Their return policy says that they will not accept returns once opened, but you sure couldn't tell the problems with the battery until you opened the package and tried to install it. Overall Rating
