easy to use website - although not clear if shipping is available to a PO box. It asks if there is a PO box which I do have however I chose to send to my residence as it was not clear if shipping to a PO box would be done. |

Easy site to navigate. Loved the selection. Time to get clogs was too long. I orderd on the 12 of October and received one pair of shoes on the 21st. Zappos is in 2 days. |

From the last time I ordered he was very pushy and arrogant. He did not have in stock what i ordered and tried to get me to order another shoe that was 40 OR 50 dollars more than the one I wanted. |

. It has been 10 days since my order (6 business days I guess) and I have not received my two pairs of shoes. Their was no tracking info for UPS so I do not know if it is on its way. |

the price seems good but i never did find a coupon on the coupon link,that was disheartening. Now that i have finally interacted with this merchant, i won't be again.I still have not recieved what i ordered & i'm afraid i maynot.Everyday theres a different song & dance &so the wait continues.i paid for 3 pairs of boots I've recieved 1 that i ordered. |

This was the worst online buying experience I have ever had, I still haven't received my purchase and it's been over 10 days since I ordered. I emailed the company asking where my shoes are and they responded three days later stating that they didn't have the shoes in stock but would send when they did. I will never order from here again! |
