I purchased a new MacBook from ClubMac, and my experience was fantastic. They had the best price, and I found a coupon code which made the deal even better. When ClubMac needed to confirm something with my card, they contacted me immediately and the computer shipped out same day. Shipping was very fast with the basic service. Highly recommended! NEVER buy anything from this company. I placed an order on January 17th, the next day I got an email saying I needed to call them to verify the order. After being on hold for twenty minutes, I verified the order. Ten days later, I checked the order status and it still had not shipped. I called again (thirty minutes on hold) and was told I needed to re-reverify the order. Keep in mind, I had not been notified via e-mail or phone that I needed to call them a second time. When I finally got through, the agent said it was in stock and that they would ship it overnight. The next day I got an e-mail saying the item was discontinued. They did not offer an alternate product- not even a "we're sorry." Also, the phone reps were rude and abrupt. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my father. Happy birthday, Dad, I hope you're enjoying your NOTHING. Overall Rating

Web site stated item was in stock, then two days later I get an email that the item is back ordered. Sure, it was a Blu-Ray player for a great price and on Black Friday. Perhaps they couldn't update the site fast enough because of all the sales. Nope. It is now Sunday and they still have it listed as: "In Stock - Usually ships the next business day." Overall Rating

Very poor customer service experience. Told two completely conflicting stories as to why my order was being delayed. I cancelled the order. Never again.

I ordered a Vizio 20" HD LCD TV (VX20L Refurbished) late on Saturday afternoon. Shortly after I placed the order I received a call from Club Mac to confirm my information. I received the TV on Tuesday morning, using regular shipping. That's only 2 business days, and Monday was a holiday!!! Fantastic order handling. As to the TV: it looks to be new. Just a few very minor surface scratches on the black bezel around the screen, probably the result of the packing material in the box. (You can only see them if you get at the right angle.) Would I recommend Club Mac? In a heartbeat!!! Excellent pricing, easy ordering and ultra-fast shipping: what more could you ask for. Overall Rating

Horrible experience with this company. I placed my order on November 20th and was told the item was 2 weeks out. I called again December 5th and was told it would be another 2 weeks. I called again December 27th and was told the item was shipping out January 5th. Today, January 5th I receive a letter from them telling me that my order will be canceled. No apologies were offered. In addition to this problem - their customer service was horrible. I had to hold for at least 30 minutes each time I called. When I called on the 5th of December, the CSR put me on hold for OVER 45 MINUTES after I had already been holding in the que for 30 minutes. I ended up having to hang up, wait another 30 minutes in the que, and speak to another CSR. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Terrible customer service. I wasted over 2 hours of my time waiting on hold and in the end they cancelled my order despite assuring me it was about to ship three times: I ordered a refurbished iMac 17" Intel that I was told was in stock. I needed to call to confirm the order the next day, which took 42 minutes for someone to answer the phone. They confirmed and said it would be shipping later the same day. I got another message asking to call later that day. 15 minutes later someone answered the phone and asked the same confirmation. They said it was in the warehouse and on the way. Another message the next day asking for confirmation. It took just 31 minutes to answer the phone this time. Confirmed again and was told it was now shipping from the warehouse. Later the same day I get a message saying the item is now out of stock and the order is cancelled. Overall Rating

This company allows you to place an order that they are unable to fulfill. I ordered a BU-353 GPS receiver and the item was discontinued. After two calls and two days I found out that they were unable to fulfill the order. If they are unable to fulfill the order they shouldn't take the order. Overall Rating

Very limted hours for customer service. Exceedingly long hold times to talk to a customer representative. Merchandise was defective- they initially weren't going to offer to pay for return shipping to return the item. Almost three weeks after I ordered the item, and I still haven't recieved a refund for the item or the extra I paid for express shipping! Email to customer service went unanswered. Ordered STI Bonzai SD card/USB Reader combo, received instead a USB Flash drive. Item number kept changing in the order status emails. After run-around they offered refund and return shipping claiming it was a warehouse snafu with crossed part numbers, but I'm still not sure if it was a bait-and-switch scam. Either way I wasted a bunch of time and still don't have my Card/reader. Overall Rating

I ordered a Nikon scanner about midnight last Saturday. My order was confirmed Monday and I was given access to the UPS tracking on my order. I followed its progress on line until it arrived at my door on Wednesday. Product was fine and works great. This is consistent with my business experience with Club Mac-prompt shipment of exactly what I ordered. I'd recommend them to anyone. I have never had any problems with them. Overall Rating

Ordered product and recieved it fine, BUT they charged $17 tax without telling me. This was a product that no tax should have charged. Ordered a Flashtrax because they had the best price, I called the order in as I wanted to make sure that it would arrive in time for a photo shoot. The sales rep was very curtious. When I got my e-mail confiming the order I noticed that the price was for full retail instead of the advertised price, I called and spoke to the rep who said that they would credit my card the 30.00 difference. I did recieve the order as promised but have not gotten credit yet. Overall Rating
