I suppose if you order a electronic item from these guys and it actually works you might be ok. Myself I order a Electronic Bug Zapper, Honeywell UV15. The light worked but there was no electric going to the grid to "zap" and kill the bugs. If you read thier return policy there is NO refund for shipping costs, so I spent 9 bucks original shipping cost plus 9 more to return the item for a refund, the oringinal cost of the item was 35 bucks so I'm out 18 bucks with no zapper. Should have just went to Sears! |

They sent the wrong item. A phone call with a 20 minute wait only yielded incorrect information. Now after numerous emails they are still charging me for shipping the item they sent that was not what I ordered, both shipping to me and to return their mistake. All in all, a frustrating experience. Buy from someone else. |
