I had to pay to send back their poorly built backpack, then they also deducted their shipping from my refund! so I paid for shipping TWICE!! It cost me $22.00 to get rid of the piece of junk. They NEVER told me before my purchase that they would charge me twice for shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They rip you off when you try to return merchandise.
