thought the price included shipping. shipping was only shown as part of the purchase cost after the transaction was completed. this added a full 1/3 to the actual cost. |

I tried ordering a printer 2 months ago, it never arrived - tried again today and the price went up $200 from last time. Also shipping quote went from $16 to $88 as soon as I clicked confirm order. They never answer their phone or e-mails. Do not deal with this company! |
