Had no problems. However, I think the shipping weight was exaggerated to produce a higher shipping cost to help cover some revenue based on the very low price for the product. I weighed my current Microsoft wireless keyboard mouse combo including the original Microsoft packaging and it weighed 5 lbs. I realize you have to pack it in an additional box but doubling the weight seems excessive. |

Excellent price, timely confirmations for purchase and shipping, quick delivery. Packaging for shipping could have been better. One whole side of the box was completely torn open by UPS due largely to inadequate taping of the box. Fortunately, the item was not damaged, but I think it was a close call. |

Before I placed the order, I asked how long before they shipped, and was told same day. That was 4-01. They shipped 4-06. At check out, I clicked the pay-pal icon for payment...then paypal would "no longer accept funds for this account". Then why is that a payment option? I guess i'm kinda bumbed and disappointed over this experience. |

I made an order on March 17, haven't got my order until today (Apr 21), more than one month. I called them hundreds of times and still got nothing about my order. I asked them to cancel my order and was told that I can't cancel it even if I need to pay a 10% cancellation fee for an order that hasn't been shipped. Anyway, I will let the credit card company to ask my money back. It's totally a nightmare. I will never do business with them again. If you want to shop here, be careful. There is a 10% fee even if they don't ship your order. Be careful!!!! Retailer Response (04/23/2009): You ordered a Washing machine which is a large shipment that comes directly from the manufacturer which causes a few days to weeks of processing. Since the order was a special order, we incur service and shipping charges from the manufacturer if you cancel from us. That is why it is listed on our website that SPECIAL ORDERS will process a 10% cancellation fee if it is cancelled. What I dont understand is that you are spending time posting this issue without re-reading your order terms agreement, which would have helped you answer your questions or issue. We also have live chat, email, a few phone numbers, and fax that you are more than welcome to use if there is a problem that should arise before resulting posting issues here. |

Exceptionally nice, courtious people. Delivery was slower than I would have liked and wrong DVDs sent but that was taken care of immediately by a very nice employee named Alex who also helped me get the owner's manuals that I needed. I would definately do business with them again. |

BUYER BEWARE! THEY SELL STUFF NOT IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS "NEW." I bought a new Samsung LCD monitor; it arrived in only 2 days, which was great! The problem: it arrived in some generic Samsung brown box, it was totally not in its original packaging; also missing were some of the cables it was supposed to come with as well as the documentation; the batteries were already installed in the remote control. This is clearly an open box item, if not a refurbished item, whereas on the website it clearly says "new". I called them and they say the website says "Brown Box" - there was no "Brown Box" on the site before my call and while talking to them I checked it again and now it says "Brown Box". Wow they work quickly! Good thing I had already printed out their page before they changed it! I told them, Brown Box or not, this was clearly not a "new" item, and so they advertised and sold based on false info. Now they want me to pay return shipping and restocking fee! I wish I found it funny. Retailer Response (04/01/2009): Dear Customer, There is no need to buyer beware. We sell all of our items according to the manufacturers specifications and thats it!! There are no hidden sales, just direct ones!! If you did not receive cables, you should have contacted us by: Fax/Email/Live Chat/Phone/RMA Form, but not this!!Unfortunately, you didnt provide us any of these to alert us of any problem. What I find odd is that you chose NOT to call us regarding any of these problems, but you found the time to write a complaint on Pricegrabber. Interesting?? F.Y.I - the Brown Box product is still considered New, but has less items / paperwork inside of the box. They still posess the same warranty, but do NOT come with manuals or software. Ordering was easy. Prices were fine. My new monitor is as expected. I changed my order after it was in the process a few days and they were very accommodating and let me know it would delay the order several days. Their live chat folks are good, but you can't get anyone on the phone and returning email is pretty slow. |

Informations about every article are very good and the product that you look at is what you get. Otherwise they advise you and if the article is back order you can count that you'll get an e-mail to tell you about it and when they expect to ship you this item. No problem paying with Paypal or credit card number. I highly recommand to buy from CompuDirect for all those reasons. They respect clients in every way. |

Would not ever recommend this company to anyone. I placed my order the 17th of Feb On their web site it says orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 days. It has been 5 days and I have heard nothing from them It is impossible to reach anyone, all you get is voicemail. And email all you get is an automated response. My next move will to place a dispute with my credit card company and see if this gets their attention. I have no other alternative. |

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a brand new monitor and what I received was a monitor that was not in the original packaging, refurbished and dust covered. I called CompuDirect and asked for a new monitor. They told me to send in the used monitor and they would exchange it with a new one for me. So I sent in the old monitor but never received the new one. I called and left 10 voicemails over the next several days and never received a call back. I e-mailed customer service and finally got a response. They told me that the monitor I sent back was in perfect condition and that they were going to charge me a restocking fee! They send me a dust covered refurbished monitor and they expect me to pay a restocking fee?! Well three days went by and they never did send the replacement monitor so I ended up just canceling the order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! |
