The day after I bought it, I checked the order status in their webpage, and it said "On hold, please contact customer service". They never tried to contact me. I tried to call them several times. When I finally got through to someone, she put me on hold for 30 minutes. At the end, THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE CAMERA! I canceled the order. I hope I get my money back... I purchased a refurbished cable modem from this company 3 weeks ago. I had good experiences to purchase refurbished items from newegg, amazon, and buy.com. However, after two weeks waiting, I got a cable modem from this company that totally does not work. When I asked to replace, I have to pay the return shipping fee, and moreover, they would charge me extra $3.95 for a reshipping fee. And after another one week waiting, they told me that they could not replace this one for me because it is refurbished and asked me to contact the manufactory. I ordered a camcorder from them on friday, paid for 2 day shipping, was assured on tuesday morning the order would be shipped out within 24 hrs, then later in the day got an email cancellation stating the item was 'out of stock.' I immediately looked on their website, and the same camcorder was on sale for $32 more!!! When I called them tne next day, i was told I could pay the difference and get a different color--wouldnt even give me the same price or kick in for shipping. Thanks for NOTHING.	Overall Rating

Google price compare for brand new (not refurbished) ones, the lowest price is from this site. $209. I was fulled by the number. There was no hint or warning or auto currency exchange. always showing $209, I thought it is already exchanged to CAD. With freight $45. I think is acceptable. total $254. But I soon found my credit card was debits $280+. I aware that the price $254 was USD. When the packaged arrives, the UPS charges me again - DUTY. $30. So the screen $209 actually cost me $310. With CAD310, I could buy from more than 5 shops without any show hesitate. This transaction makes me fill all my homework (price, cost compare) totally redundant. I would suggest CANADIAN never buy from this site without considering the HIDDEN COST.	Overall Rating
