Product ordered on a Friday am, credit card charged immediately so they can get the float, product was not shipped until the following Tuesday AND was lied to that it shipped the day before AND now, after paying high shipping cost the product won't be here for another week. This takes more than a week to receive an item that was shipped from NY to NJ. Usually it takes 1 to 2 days using UPS from other stores such as B&H... Company's web site advertises shipment via Fedex or UPS and charges much more than other vendors but ship USPS which delays the merchadize and very inefficient service.	Overall Rating

I could quibble that Compuplus never sent the promised email with the tracking number...or that UPS left the $361 printer (in its original factory packed box) right outside the lobby door to my apartment building, but that is not necessary. I am satisfied with the order and product; hence they earned 5 stars from me and I would order from them again. (Does everyone know that they can go to a PriceGrabber review listing and click "sort by ratings" once or twice to see any merchant's best or worse reviews? Now you do.)
