I called to ask a few questions before I made the order. The sales rep wouldn't even tell me which chip worked with which board. "Call the company." Golly gee you'd figure that if someone sold parts that 1, they'd know what the equipment actually did, and 2, that they'd might be willing to share that knowledge with the customer. Too bad. When I called to check the status of the order, the customer service clerk told me that they had no record of the order and suggested that I have the post office track down the piece of mail. It was delivered to me after two days. but it didn't works well because it was not compatible with cable modem distributor in my region. Then I had to refund this modem and buy motorola SB4100 at this merchant. They willingly have credited my account for the value of the merchandise. And the reordered items is properly delivered to me in two days. They're really credible. Lower price and perfect condition. I strongly recommend this company!!!!	Overall Rating

It is the policy of Asus that all repairs are sent to them from resellers up the channel. Compuplus will not help despite having spent serveral thousand dollars there. IF THE PRODUCT YOU WANT REQUIRES RESELLER ASSISTENCE TO RECIEVE WARRANTEE OR REPAIR SERVICE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! My 3 yr warrantee is worthless thanks to Compuplus.	Overall Rating

He reluctantly agreed, but kept making a crack about wasting time, and then hung up on me, so not sure. The drives are great, no problem. The cables are horrible. I crash everytime with either one plugged in. Haven't tried to get an RMA to return the cables, not sure I will. Also, there weren't any cheap shipping solutions, it was all Airborne Express, cheapest one was 2nd day($30). Overall, I'm satisfied and will do business with them again, just won't order cables next time!	Overall Rating
