I used to be an Assistant Manager at one of the "Old CompUSA's". I can see that the prices at the current CompUSA and the online ordering process is much improved. I also think your range and depth of products is also much improved. Hats off to Tiger Direct |

Shipping to Alaska UPS should be like any other state in the Union, we in Alaska have the same President, health care problems and transportation issues and alike. It feels like discrimination when people our own American people alienate us simply because we live in a state seperated by Canada or water. We had a CompUSA in Anchorage and I did all my electronic shopping there and was upset we had to now take our shopping to Best Buy, which is an insult to the computer consumer. If CompUSA came back, and I wish they would, the City of Anchorage would be a happier place. Thank-you, Bob Nelson |

I have had many problems with this company and tiger direct before. I hardly shop with them any more after the false rebates promised and the ads of sales in there stores that turn out to be online only after you drive there. I hope this TV does not come out to be a lie as well. |

My one complaint: I would log into my account, place product in my cart and then log out. When I came back, there were no items in my cart! This happened EVERY TIME. I even got an email saying that "they" noticed an addition to my cart but that I did buy at that time and they would hold my cart for seven days. At the bottom of the emil there was a "click to view my cart". When I clicked, you guessed it, there was "no items" in my cart. |
