Very efficient order entry. Delivery was sooner than expected, but the condition of the packaging was poor (shipping box was not sufficiently taped and the box was partially open on receipt). |

Major order summary Error! The screen showed the correct pricing, shipping, etc. but when clicked on SUBMIT - the order confirmation page adde $100 to the total. The confirming e-mail also stated the Wrong amount. When I called customer service, within 8 minutes of order, the agent said it was not yet in their accessable database - despite the warning in their email that I had a window of 10-15 minutes to correct any errors. After I called back 20 minutes later, the agent said he corrected the price, but I would not get confirmation for a day. |

I have entered a valid order number - W8748197. The TV was damaged in shippment. It was sent back and now has been reshipped as of 12/07/09. I am tracking the order. The Wall Mount was received within 7 days. |

Since COMP-USA combined with tiger direct their online shipping and pricing have been exemplary! The narrow your search options are very limited however and a wild-card narrow search entry field would help this problem a lot since they have so many products! |

I have placed my order but as it happened a week ago, I doubt it will be fulfilled this time either. They will come back and say that the item is not in stock. If the item is not in stock they should verify it before letting the order be completed online. |

Packaging was terrible. Package was received with outer box and inside was the laptop box. There was no padding inside to keep the laptop box from moving around. The outer Pink Friday box was not secured very well with only a few pieces of tape. The box was three days later than expected due to UPS inexplainable problems. Once package was in town the package was overlooked and left a facility. Next day it was listed as delivered to our front door but actually never was and had to call to find out what happened. No one at UPS could seem to find out and no immediate direct contact with drivers which is inexcusable. Told next day it was put back on the truck for some reason and not delivered even though showing was delivered. UPS was not helpful in why this happened being the driver said he delivered to the front door but never did. Should consider another service such as Fed Ex or hold UPS more accountable. |

the only comment I have was about the email I received from CompUSA with a priotity code to use. There was no where I could see that allowed me to enter this code. If it is not usable, why include it in the email mailings? |

I did not realize that the ordering system had removed an item from my cart after I selected s payment method. The Microsoft Office Home and Student was removed from my cart. When I realized this a few moments later my order had been processed. I checked the site and the product was unavailable. I refreshed the screen and the product was available again. I ordered it, but now had to pay shipping on it. Bummer. |
