i love shopping at CompUSA.com. They have some of the best prices, shipping times and customer service. I have not only bought my last 2 computers online, but i have bought 3 computers for other people. this is a great store and i will keep shopping here and recommending it to other people. |

Shipping charges changed after trying to place order. The item was listed as qualified for free shipping and after all info was entered and I pressed submit, the shipping charges changed. Poor timing despite being offered the option to cancel the order. |

Your rebate processing is awful. I bought a barebones kit and it took thirty minutes just to get through the twenty plus screens required just to print the rebate pages. There should be a single page you can go to get all rebate processing done. It is so bad that I vow not to buy anything else from your site if I see the word rebate anywhere on the page! Retailer Response (05/23/2012): We do apologize for the inconvenience in the matter, please be advised that we at CompUSA do not process any rebates. You are directed to the rebate center's web page for the manufacturer or manufacturer's third party that is processing the offer in order to submit your entry. We do apologize that their site has made you feel uncomfortable in the process. |
