website drop order number when i allowed for survey popup. lucky i wrote down my order number before. some less experience online shoppers might have not wrote the number down. not all website do this though. |

The merchant got my order even after printing out the order. I print out the order so I make sure I do not make a mistake. This time I would not want to order nothing from this merchant around this time of year, I fear they would make to many mistakes. |

I am VERY unhappy with this company since my last order.I received an email stating that the item was back-ordered and would take a little more time. Then, when I went to track it, I found out they had canceled the order without even telling me. I called them and was told it was no longer available yet would not be offered any alternative or item of similar value. I've decided to look elsewhere. As you can tell by my original comments which follow, they have lost a valuable customer >>>> I always shop at CompUSA for electronics. They have the best value for my money. |

Well, after signing in, filling out all credit card info and clicking Purchase, I was promptly AGAIN given the Sign In Page. But! This time my name & password were NOT accepted!!! So, I had NO clue if the purchase took place or not! ....and I could NOT find out, because I could NOT sign in. I use a password safe(copy&paste), and it worked before. A phone call wasn't able to solve anything....they didn't have access. After 30-40 min., I tried again and all went well. Why I was shut out with no clue as to what happened to my credit card info!!! NOT a great experience. [ADDITIONAL] I don't know if "Server Maintenance" was taking place or what really happened. Purchases from other sites, at the same time, were just fine. If it was "Maintenance", a notice should have appeared....not just a repeating loop of nonsense. |

Rebates limited to 1 item when memory is typically bought in multiples. Makes little sense to me, and I find it very annoying that you have misleading prices all over the place. Including rebates on parts of my purchases - that I suspect I won't even get anyway - is frustrating. |

I was a happy Comp USA customer having purchased a TV in the past. However, The setup in try to puchase a mere 9.99 item was a joke. The next time I will just cancel and forget. |

Shipping to Alaska UPS should be like any other state in the Union, we in Alaska have the same President, health care problems and transportation issues and alike. It feels like discrimination when people our own American people alienate us simply because we live in a state seperated by Canada or water. We had a CompUSA in Anchorage and I did all my electronic shopping there and was upset we had to now take our shopping to Best Buy, which is an insult to the computer consumer. If CompUSA came back, and I wish they would, the City of Anchorage would be a happier place. Thank-you, Bob Nelson |
