I returned this with the assurance via email my credit card would be credited. That was about one month ago since unit was returned and confirmed delivered. So far NO REFUND. |

I expected a retail box of the Seagate 1 TB drive. It was in a generic box, no description, mounting screws, power, or Serial ATA cable. The OEM version of this drive is cheaper than "Computer Brain" charged me. The drive also does not work in my Linux desktop, but this might be a CentOS 5.2 problem. |

Although item was marked "in stock", I was later notified that it was "out of stock" and would be backordered.. Since I needed the item quickly, I had to cancel the order. Although I received an immediate refund, I was unable to get the item at a lower price since I had to buy it at a brick and mortar store. (I no longer had the luxury of waiting for delivery). |

Very dissatisfied with this seller. He cancelled my order saying the merchandise was mispriced as posted and refused to honor the lited price. Could have been a legitimate mistake but whatever the reason, he charged my credit card then reneged on the deal. I got a refund, I think, but that's not the point. PriceGrabber Storefronts should check these people out closer before taking their ad dollars and pushing them as "reputable". |

Item showed in stock at the moment of the purchase, and 1 week later they send me an e-mail saying that it was out of stock and that the price was different. Representative offered to give me a call back to explain the situation and she never did. Finally after several e-mails and phonecalls they refunded my money. |

Eventhough I recieved my cable, it took a bit longer than I expected. I emailed the company to check the status of my order and I never recieved a reply. Also, the shipping cost is almost not worth buying it on line. It is a cable and should have been packaged differently, thus saving the customer money (insentive to shop again)instead of packaging it in a big box. thanks |

Never received an email of shipment confirmation. Never received product although I was charged for the item and expedite shippment. When I emailed Computerbrain twice they never responded not once. Bad business period. |
