AlexanderAkulick - (August 14, 2003) I have read the good and the cheesy comments here and I USE multiple Windows and Linux OS platforms as well as others without problem. This is a very user-friendly software and one of the easiest to use even for a beginner. It is the most compliant system for hardware recognition and installation, having more imbedded drivers than any other OS. It has been designed to become a part of your entertainment and work environment and it does so. With over 30 yrs. computer experience I can speak with authority when I say, "This is a good product and well worth the price and time not only for a new system but even for an upgrade of an older OS.".

HTEDoctor - (February 01, 2003) The current flaw with the selling of liscenses only is that Microsoft will batch out the product ID's with certain CD Roms. No one product ID code will allow you to install windows with any CD you may have and most likely the Product ID will be incompatible with the CDRom that you currently have.

crpcookie - (May 03, 2005) WINDOWS definately still is the bset choice for hardcore gamers. Hard to find good&new games that is compatible for MAC & Linux. MAC is a great OS overall. But not recommended for gamers. The search feature is really really advance. Overall, a neat/nice improvement over the last MAC-OS.

3 Star Review Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard (5 Users, Upgrade)

augereau - (10/30/2009) The finder running at 64 bit crashed with applications still running at 32 bit (ie Grammarian) apple must provide developer with code to do rapid conversion of their apps; for now best to wait after 10.6.1 or stick with 10.5.6.

4 Star Review MAC OS X Server v10.6 Snow Leopard Upgrade

lcoclough - (10/20/2009) Aside from the fact that i can no longer use Aperture 1.56 I am pleased with Snow Leopard. Any suggestions other than buying the 2.0 upgrade which is another $100 are certainly welcome? I am using Snow Leopard on my MacBook Pro and want to upgrade my OS X Server to Snow Leopard...Is there an upgrade or just the full product edition for OS X Server??
