It is best explained at the outset. This price is the best I've found, even with the Adobe Store running a 15% off discount on the item. I do not like the idea of rating a merchant without first receiving the product in good order. The after-the-fact rating process is provided as well. My product came in good order with no hidden fees. Bravo!	Overall Rating

As long as the price is low enough guess that doesn't matter. One thing I dont like is that the site states free standard shipping and at check out I get charged for standard ups ground shipping.
