My preferred method of payment is PAYPAL, but it's not available on this site. I did not receive the drum unit for a laser printer that I ordered, but instead I received an imaging unit for a fax machine. I called and emailed. I got responses to both. They never notified us that the product was out of stock. After 6 days we had to call them, where nobody answered the phone. Email notification lacked tracking info and gave undeliverable email address. Three days later and made 3 phones calls during "business hours" only to receive a recorded message each time and NO call back. Product did arrive today, but I will not order again, due to poor customer service. This transaction left a bad taste in my mouth.
