They take credit cards by phone only. When you check out it stated they would call me and never did. When I called they said the item I ordered was out of stock and would call me in 1 hour which never happened. I therefore cancelled my order. |

The delivery has not happened.In site of having to call and and ask where is my order? I would expect at the very least a Email regarding to the status of my ling over due order. Other wise they will los me as a customer.The odering process was excellent but delivery ZIP. |

Pretty simple and easy to use interface and good clear pricing. I have a very favorable impression so far! I'm pretty sure I'll be back. Now that I've waited 17 days to get the merchandise, with several calls made on my part and none on their part, I've lowered my opinion of them quite a bit. I was told the item had shipped at least three times when it had not shipped. They never sent me an email with the tracking number. It took so long and the inability to get me a tracking number caused me to doubt they were even a legitimate company. If I had known in advance that it would take 17 days to get the ink, (11 days to when it shipped) I might have been OK with it because the price was low, but the way it was handled raised suspicion that the enterprise was perhaps not legitimate. |
