The item was priced at a very good price. The item display was excellent. The S&H charges were unexpected. The confirmation was almost immediate and appreciated. |

Ordered a wrong part. Tech support was not at all helpful in selecting the right part, kept referring me to the online catalog. Had to get RMA number. Sent back for exchange. RMA was processed but replacement was never sent. Received partial refund, minus restocking fee. (May be fair, but still unpleasant). Had to call customer service. Evidently they did not have replacement part listed in the catalog that tech support was referring me to. Never got an explanation via E-Mail. Stuff is unfriendly. Overall unpleasant experience. Not recommended. There are better sellers on the net. |

Poor customer service. They could not be bothered to call my second phone number or send me an email when there was a question about my credit card that was easily fixed. Now it is 10 days later and my item is out of stock. |

I bought a digital voice recorder that was advertised as "NEW". The price was good, but he product I received was obviously an open box or used item. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I don't have any trouble with the recorder. |

Ordered new camera and paid extra for 3 day air delivery. Received tracking number when item was shipped, and received package in 3 days. Excellent service and great prices. I will be shopping at this business again. |

Web site advertised free shipping but I was billed. Item was defective . No owners manual was included. Items looked used. Cost me $20 to return Bose speakers that didn't work. Would not reccomend to others. |

The item I paid for was supposed to be a 'NEW' item, however the item i received was USED! There is a difference between a NEW item and a LIKE NEW item and obviously this seller doesn't know the difference. Not a way to do business! |

Bought a refurbished computer that was DOA on receipt. They obviously never tested or even worked on the computer, so we asked for a refund, which took 1.5 hours of phone and email to just get an RMA number. We kept getting shuffled between support people. Finally, sent (with video documentation) and they approved receipt but that we had to pay return shipping. We asked them to refund return shipping as they never tested. After several more emails and many phone calls, we got approval for return shipping refund. THEN, they backed out and lowered our refund to $10. No one takes ownership and no one claims authority to handle problems. Huge hassle. They may be a good company if things go OK, but if you have a problem product, I would doubt your experience would go well. Awful experience. |

Despite a price so low it made me wonder whether this was a scam, they delivered exactly what I ordered and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely buy from these folks again. |

Terrible service. First, requiring a signed fax to send to another family member followed by delays in sending the purchase. I called to check on status of the purchase and got only recorded messages. No one ever called back in two days of leaving messages on the status of the order. Once someone did call it was about a zip code change. Once that was cleared up it still was not sent and many days went by between follow-up calls. It's now 14 days since I placed the order and still playing phone tag. Finally, I decided to cancel the order. This is not a functional website. |

I placed my order with Buy.com and it shipped via there market place Compuvest. Compuvest shipped the wrong part! The packing slip and invoice showed the correct part but the Item in the box was the wrong part number. CompuVest wanted me to pay the shipping to return the order. I spoke with several people in customer service and they all said the say robotic thing "return shipping is the responsibility of the customer". I explained to them that I would not be held liable for there error! Only after I disputed the charges on my credit card did they send me a shipping label. |

the Mouse i got Logitech M510 was a defected piece. it doesnt work properly. when ordering,it said 'open box' item, but didnt said that it a non working item too. Stay away from COMPUVEST. |
