Ordered 6 Concord Fax cartridges. Out of 6 cartridges 3 failed. Terrible quality. Concord won't stand behind the product. Suggest ordering somewhere else. Gary |

I ordered a replacement toner cartridge for a Dell laser printer and when the package arrived, I opened the bag inside to find the toner ink had all leaked out. I called and emailed several times trying to get a refund. The first time I called, they said they would mail, the second time they said they would fax it, but it has now been over a month since I first called and I still haven't received anything from them. I sent an email again yesterday and they sent me a rude reply basically stating that since I am unable to receive the labels which they claim to have mailed and faxed, they will not send me any more return labels. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Stay away from Concord Supplies - it's not worth all this headache to save a few dollars on a replacement cartridge. |

(Edited January 06th by alanhoffberg) On 12/31/08, 01/02/09 and 01/03/09, Customer Service did not reply after repeated attempts to reach them by telephone and email. Issue: Web site provided wrong part numbers for Xerox 8560 so that 8550 parts were ordered and shipped, which just don't work in an 8560. Finally on 1/5/2009, I reached customer service after several attempts and learned from the rep: (1) The web site had some developmental issues, (2) the automated attendant had the incorrect greeting for holidays and weekends (indicating they were open), and (3) Concord provides a full refund for the incorrect product ordered and returned, even though one box was opened. An RMA was issued by the end of the day and I FedEx'd the shipment back; in the meantime Concord sent out the product for the 8560, at a lower price because previous customers get discounts on everything -- which are not available to someone browsing the site. |

I've purchased from Concord Supplies numerous times. My most recent order was for Brother TN-250 toner. The product arrived in 2 days and was great. Their prices are very good and the service is exceptional. I'd recommend them to my friends and family. |

Product was ordered back in August 2007. Prodcut was defective and returned. No replacement has ever been shipped, no refund or credit. Customer Service does not call you back. BUYER BEWARE! They can't back up their products and told me it was their suppliers fault. So now I am out 80.00 - no product and a very unhappy customer! I guess they know I will never reorder with them which is why they do not try to resolve this issue. BUYER BEWARE! |

I order from Concord all the time. Really good prices and it's super easy to re-order items (they keep a shopping list of your previous orders). Highly recommend them for people that want fast and great service. |

I ordered a TN250/DR250 Value Bundle and was pleasantly surprised how quickly I received my order. I ordered it on a Wednesday morning and figured I wouldn't get it until Monday but got it on Friday. Thanks for the quick delivery! I usually have to wait a long time for all my internet orders. The quality of the drum and toner appear to be good as well, but I have only printed out a couple of sheets thus far. Will definitely be back again! |

They charged my credit card within 48 hours, but didn't ship the product until 10 days later, only after I called to check on it. Then they shipped two "standard" toner cartridges (TN-430) instead of the high capacity TN-560's that I ordered. The standard cartridge is only good for 3000 pages, versus the 6000 pages of the high capacity cartridges that I ordered. Not worth returning it, but I'll NEVER do business with them again. |

WATCH OUT !! Buyer Beware. They put the word "compatible" under the logo and the description says this-"Hp Black Print Cartridge (Q2670A PREMIUM) 1-Black Print Cartridge" I THOUGHT I was getting HP....nope..just a remanufactured. Seems a bit under-handed to me. |

It was very easy to find what i was looking for but at this time concord does not have there username and password. I perfer to have a account with places that I buy from so I do not have to reenter my information every time. |
